About Your Orders

Before completing your purchase, please carefully review your shipping information to ensure it is complete and accurate.

All orders are processed and shipped based strictly on the details provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

This fee covers non-refundable payment processing charges from credit card providers or PayPal.

If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Return Policy.

In rare cases, inventory discrepancies may occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You may choose to:

• Select a similar item of equal value
• Receive a full refund

If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we may proceed with issuing a refund.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Yes. If your area requires PO Box delivery, please enter both your residential address and PO Box at checkout to prevent routing issues.

Delivery Issues

Please check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building staff first.

If still missing, contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number (some carriers will provide photos of delivery).

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

For added protection, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.

If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect address information, we will contact you once the package is returned to us. Additional re-shipping fees will apply.

Refunds cannot be issued until the returned package has been received.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Final Sale items
• Clearance or promotional items
• Returns requested after 30 days

Items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging and tags
• Authorized before being sent back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days.

If the return is shipped after 7 days, it may still be accepted; however, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

We appreciate your understanding.

Yes. A 5% handling fee per order is deducted from approved refunds to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Banks may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please:

  • Submit a return request (once approved)
  • Place a new order separately

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

All jewelry pieces are carefully inspected and securely tagged before shipping.

When removing the product tag, please handle your jewelry gently and avoid pulling or applying force to delicate chains, clasps, or links.

Damage caused by improper handling, excessive force, or accidental pulling during tag removal is not considered a manufacturing defect and does not qualify for return or refund.

We typically respond within 2 business days. Our office is closed on weekends and holidays, inquires received during this time will be answered on the next business day.

During peak seasons, response times may be slightly extended.
