Orders
At Chivo Boutique, every piece is carefully prepared with intention.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review your shipping details carefully to ensure all information is accurate.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Please note: If your order qualifies for cancellation, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. This fee is charged by the payment processor (such as your credit card provider or PayPal) and is not retained by us. It applies even if a full refund is issued.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping & Delivery Times
- Free standard shipping on all orders.
- US / UK / JP / AU / CA: typically 7–15 business days.
- Other countries: usually 12–25 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates based on typical shipping performance and are not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
⚠️ Important Address Notice
If your local postal service delivers only to a PO Box, please provide both your physical address and your PO Box at checkout (for example, add the PO Box in Address Line 2). This helps ensure proper routing and prevents delivery failure or return.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy / Insufficient Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
In certain areas, USPS or local carriers may not deliver to specific address types. To prevent delivery issues, we strongly recommend providing both a residential address and a PO Box (if available).
We are not responsible for packages returned, delayed, or lost due to incorrect or insufficient address information provided at checkout. Reshipment fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel:
- Check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building staff.
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If still unresolved, email us within 3 days of delivery.
Please note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or for losses resulting from incorrect shipping information. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout. Shipping insurance provides coverage in the event of loss, theft, or delivery issues beyond our control.
Out of Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to:
- Wait for restock
- Select an alternative item of equal value
- Receive a full refund
If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we may proceed with issuing a refund.
